IP54 (dust and splash resistant)
Features
- 0.05 MPa resolution — graduations every 0.2 MPa with 4 subdivisions between each. Fine enough to catch slow pressure drift before it triggers a safety shutdown.
- Red danger zone (1.2–1.6 MPa) — the upper 25% of the scale is highlighted in red. One glance tells you whether pressure is safe or heading into the danger zone. No second look needed.
- Counterweighted pointer — the small fan-shaped counterweight at the pointer tail keeps readings stable under vibration. The pointer settles quickly and holds steady, even on compressor tanks with running pumps.
- Matte black steel case — durable powder-coated finish resists shop chemicals, oil, and everyday handling. The matte surface won't reflect overhead lights into your eyes.
- Brass BSP thread — clean-cut threads engage smoothly on standard compressor tank ports and manifold fittings. No cross-threading, no leaks.
- Tempered glass lens — protects the dial from shop debris, oil spray, and solvents. Stays clear for years, unlike plastic lenses that yellow and scratch.
Typical Applications
- Workshop air compressor receiver tanks
- Tire shop and service station air lines
- Pneumatic tool supply regulators
- Spray gun and airbrush pressure monitoring
- Industrial compressed air distribution headers
- Small to medium boiler and steam systems
Installation Notes
- Apply thread seal tape (3–4 wraps) or a sealing gasket before installation for a leak-free connection.
- Tighten using a wrench on the hex nut — never grip the gauge case, which can damage the internal movement.
- For direct pump outlet mounting, install a snubber or needle valve to absorb pressure pulsation and extend gauge life.
- Working pressure should stay within 1/3 to 3/4 of full scale (0.5–1.2 MPa) for best accuracy. The red zone is your warning — if you're reading there regularly, your system may need a higher-range gauge.
- Recalibration recommended every 12 months.

Why Choose AFANTI
Nearly 20 years of pressure instrument manufacturing in Taizhou, China. Every AFANTI gauge undergoes a 3-stage quality process before shipping: 1.3× overpressure hold test, 10,000-cycle fatigue test, and 5-point full-scale calibration. Every single unit — not batch samples. ISO 9001 certified. CE marked for EU compliance.
