Installation Notes
Apply thread seal tape or appropriate gasket before installation for a leak-free seal.
Tighten using a wrench on the hex nut only — never grip the case body.
For direct pump outlet mounting, install a snubber or needle valve between the gauge and pump to absorb pressure pulsation and prevent premature wear.
Maintain working pressure within 1/3 to 3/4 of full scale (0.8–1.9 MPa) for optimal accuracy and service life.
Recommended recalibration interval: 12 months.
