The AFANTI Air Compressor Pressure Gauge delivers precision pressure monitoring where it matters most — on the tank, on the line, in the field. Its triple-scale dial (PSI / kg/cm² / BAR) eliminates unit conversion on the spot, while the phosphor bronze bourdon tube and brass threaded connection ensure long-term accuracy under continuous vibration. IP65 rated. 0–180 PSI.
Read Pressure at a Glance. No Conversion. No Guesswork.
On a busy compressor floor, you don't have time to pull out a conversion chart. The AFANTI Pressure Gauge features a triple-scale dial — PSI, kg/cm², and BAR — all on one clean white face. Whether your team works in imperial or metric, the reading is instant.
Built for the Environment That Destroys Other Gauges
Compressors vibrate. Pipes run hot. Workshops get humid. The AFANTI gauge is engineered for exactly these conditions:
- Phosphor bronze C-type bourdon tube — the industry-standard sensing element for reliable elastic deformation and repeatable accuracy over thousands of pressure cycles
- Brass bottom-mount connection — corrosion-resistant, sealed tight, compatible with standard 1/4" NPT / 1/8" BSP compressor ports
- IP65 protection — dust-tight and water-jet resistant. No fogging, no debris ingress, no pointer freeze
- Operating temperature: -40°C to 120°C — from cold-start winters to steam-line summers
The Detail That Separates a Professional Gauge From a Commodity Part
Look closely at the dial. The black scale markings are screen-printed with micron-level precision on an aluminum dial plate — no fuzzy lines, no misaligned numerals. The red danger zone at the upper range provides instant visual warning when pressure approaches the limit. The black aluminum pointer is balanced and zeroed at the factory, with just enough damping to stay steady under compressor vibration without lagging behind pressure changes.
Where It's Used — And Proven
| Application |
Role |
| Air compressor systems |
Tank pressure monitoring, cut-in/cut-out setpoint reference |
| Pneumatic tool lines |
Line pressure verification for impact wrenches, spray guns, nailers |
| Industrial pipelines |

Zero Power. Zero Failure Points.
This is a fully mechanical instrument — no batteries, no circuit boards, no displays to fail. The bourdon tube principle has been trusted for over 170 years because it works when electronics don't. Power outage? No problem. EMP event? Still reads. That's why critical systems still rely on analog gauges as the last line of visual verification.
Installation Takes 30 Seconds
- Apply thread sealant (PTFE tape or liquid sealant) to the brass connection
- Thread the gauge into the compressor port or pipeline fitting by hand
- Tighten with a wrench — snug, not over-torqued
- Pressurize the system. The pointer should rise smoothly from zero
- Verify: at zero pressure, the pointer rests at zero. If not, recalibrate or replace
