Features
- Triple-scale dial at a glance — outer red ring reads PSI (0–180), middle black ring reads kg/cm² (0–12) with BAR reference values, inner scale reads kPa. Three units, one look, zero conversion errors.
- Color-coded markings — red PSI numerals, black kg/cm², blue kPa labels. Instantly find the unit you need without scanning the entire dial.
- Red danger zone — 10–12 kg/cm² (140–180 PSI) highlighted in red. Spot an overpressure condition before it becomes a problem.
- Matte black steel case — powder-coated housing stands up to shop solvents, oil, and humidity. Matte finish cuts glare from overhead lights so you can read the dial from any angle.
- Brass thread connection — clean-cut BSP threads seal tight on standard compressor tank ports, regulator manifolds, and T-fittings. No cross-threading, no weeping joints.
- Wide-tip pointer — the broadened pointer tip makes it easy to read pressure at a distance or in poor lighting — no squinting required.
Typical Applications
- Air compressor receiver tank pressure monitoring
- Tire shop and service station inflation systems
- Pneumatic tool regulator lines
- Spray booth and paint gun air supply
- Industrial compressed air distribution headers
- HVAC pneumatic control circuits
Installation Notes
- Apply thread seal tape or a copper/aluminum gasket before installation for a positive seal.
- Tighten using a wrench on the hex nut only — never grip the gauge case, as this damages the internal movement.
- When mounting directly on a pump outlet, install a snubber or needle valve between the gauge and the pump to dampen pressure pulsation and extend service life.
- For best accuracy and longevity, keep working pressure between 1/3 and 3/4 of full scale (4–9 kg/cm² / 60–130 PSI).
- Recommended recalibration interval: 6–12 months depending on operating conditions.
What's in the Box

Why Choose AFANTI
With nearly 20 years of pressure instrument manufacturing in Taizhou, China, AFANTI Instruments produces gauges that pass a rigorous 3-stage quality process — static overpressure test at 1.3× full scale, 10,000-cycle fatigue test, and 5-point full-scale calibration. Every single unit, not batch samples. ISO 9001 certified. CE marked for EU market compliance.
Custom orders welcome. We offer OEM/ODM services with dial face branding, custom scale ranges, special thread types (NPT, G-thread), and packaging — MOQ from 50 pieces. Send us your specs and we'll build it.
