Designed for accurate pressure monitoring on compressed air systems, this 2-inch (50mm) gauge reads in three industry-standard units simultaneously —kg/cm², kPa (BAR), and PSI— so you can work with the unit you're familiar with without conversion tables.

Features
Triple-scale dial— kg/cm², kPa (BAR), and PSI readings on a single clear face. No mental math, no conversion stickers.
Chrome steel bezel— corrosion-resistant housing holds up to shop environments, humidity, and daily handling.
Brass thread connection— precision-machined BSP thread ensures a leak-free seal with standard air compressor fittings and manifold ports.
Red danger zone— the 10–12 kg/cm² range is marked in red for instant visual warning when pressure exceeds safe operating limits.
Tempered glass lens— resists impact from shop debris and protects the dial face from oil, dust, and solvents.
Typical Applications
Air compressor tank pressure monitoring
Tire shop inflation systems
Pneumatic tool line regulators
Spray gun and airbrush setups
HVAC pneumatic control lines
General industrial compressed air systems
Installation Notes
Apply thread seal tape or appropriate gasket before installation to ensure a leak-free connection.
Tighten using a wrench on the hex nut — never grip the gauge case directly.
For pump outlet installations, install a snubber or needle valve between the gauge and the pump to dampen pressure pulsation and extend gauge life.
Working pressure should be maintained within 1/3 to 3/4 of full scale for best accuracy and longevity.

Why Choose AFANTI
With nearly 20 years of pressure instrument manufacturing experience, AFANTI Instruments delivers gauges that pass a 3-stage quality process: static pressure test at 1.3× full scale, 10,000-cycle fatigue test, and 5-point full-scale calibration. Every single gauge — not batch samples — is tested before shipping. ISO 9001 certified. CE marked for EU market compliance.
