| Operating Temperature |
-20°C to +60°C
Features
- Spiked armor shell — 24 raised ridges radiate outward from the case, forming a protective crown around the dial. Deflects impacts, prevents the gauge from rolling off slanted surfaces, and gives you a positive grip with bare or gloved hands.
- 3-color safety zone — green zone for safe operating pressure, yellow for caution, red for danger. Know where you stand before you read a single number on the dial.
- Dual-scale bar & PSI — outer black ring reads bar (0–12), inner red ring reads PSI (0–170). "1 bar = 100 kPa" printed on the dial face. Work in whichever unit your equipment specifies.
- Compact 12-bar range — not every job needs a 16-bar gauge. The 12-bar scale gives you larger, easier-to-read graduations in the 2–8 bar working zone where most tire and spray gun applications live. More resolution where you actually need it.
- Bottom brass thread — straight-down connection fits naturally onto spray gun air inlets, tire chuck adapters, and inline regulators without awkward hose routing.
- Tempered glass lens — harder and more scratch-resistant than polycarbonate. Stays clear through years of shop use and solvent exposure.
Typical Applications
- Car and light truck tire inflation
- HVLP and conventional spray gun pressure monitoring
- Airbrush and detail spray setups
- Pneumatic nailer and stapler air lines
- Portable compressor accessory gauge
- Home garage and DIY air tool systems
Installation Notes
- Thread directly onto spray gun inlet or tire chuck fitting.
- Apply 3–4 wraps of thread seal tape for a leak-free seal.
- Hand-tighten, then snug with a wrench on the hex nut — do not overtighten.
- Best working range: 2–9 bar (1/3 to 3/4 of full scale). If your system regularly exceeds 10 bar, consider upgrading to the 16-bar armor-series model.
- Wipe the glass lens with a soft cloth — avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the surface.
What's in the Box
- 1× Tire & Spray Gun Pressure Gauge (0–12 bar / 0–170 PSI)
