Features
- Rubber armor boot — thick, textured rubber housing with raised grip teeth all around. Absorbs drops, bumps, and vibration. The teeth give you a solid grip even with oily or wet hands. This is the gauge you grab when you're working, not babying.
- 3-color safety zone — green (0–60 PSI): safe operating range. Yellow (60–120 PSI): caution, approaching limits. Red (120–220 PSI): danger zone, check your system immediately. Instant visual feedback without reading numbers.
- Dual-scale bar & PSI — outer ring reads bar (0–16), inner ring reads PSI (0–220). "1 bar = 100 kPa" printed right on the dial. No conversion app needed.
- Fine 0.1 bar graduations — closely-spaced tick marks give you the resolution to dial in exact pressure for spray guns and tire inflation, not just rough ballpark readings.
- Side-mount brass thread — the brass connector exits from the bottom-left of the case, making it easy to thread onto spray gun inlets and tire chuck fittings without the gauge body blocking your hand or hose.
- Impact-resistant polycarbonate lens — flexible lens won't shatter like glass if the gauge takes a hit. Minor scratches from daily use won't obscure the dial reading.

Installation Notes
- Thread onto spray gun inlet or tire chuck fitting — the side-mount design keeps the dial facing you during operation.
- Apply 3–4 wraps of thread seal tape for a leak-free connection.
- Hand-tighten first, then give a quarter turn with a wrench on the hex. Do not overtighten — the brass thread seals at moderate torque.
- Keep working pressure in the green-to-yellow zone (0–120 PSI) for best accuracy and gauge longevity. If you're regularly in the red zone, switch to a higher-range gauge.
- The rubber boot can be removed for cleaning — just pull it off the case and rinse with soapy water.
